All Roads Lead you home

Our destiny becomes the accumulation of the choices of which paths we took in life. Like a pyramid which has less stone blocks as you reach the top, so it is with life, the older you become the less choices are available to us; until finally at the moment of your demise you are unable to choose between living or dying, there are just no choices left to make. Through life we are continually at the crossroads with choices of how to proceed in life, we even have the choice to decide or not. It is by making the correct choices that enable us to live the life we desire, the life we need to live. By choosing glumly or haphazardly or not even making a choice at all we will not progress along the path of our potential destiny.

We stop at these cross roads of life as if some invisible red light is holding us there, trapped until we can get our act together the proceed in a life direction of our choosing. These stops then starts in life are wasteful as far as our time is concerned. Life while seeming endless is in fact limited; it is only on reflection of our life that we come to realise this, but then usually our prime years will have already passed us by. In our prime such matters have little concern or relevance to us, we are oblivious mostly to the connotations of life. Mostly we are driven by events that occur in a continuous cycle that at times seems endless, yet orderly. Few realise this fact until it becomes far too late to make a life changing difference. The consequences of our glib actions in youth become our mediocrity in our old age.
